Refund Policy

We offer Ultimate Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 15 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from Products purchased from Stockists will follow their own individual  return policies.

Defective Products:

If an item may be considered defective, please email indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 15 days from receipt. If the product is deemed defective by, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Product will be eligible for return only if met following conditions:

  • In case of Eyelashes, no glue is applied.
  • Product never used.
  • Original packing is intact and in same condition as delivered.
  • Eyelashes are not trimmed.
  • Product is not damaged.

If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect onto your bank statement in case you have used bank transfer or credit card as payment method. Should you require further assistance, please email

Packages returned to due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
